Role Purpose
To make the market presence of the brand through the continues markets visit and retailer and sub dealer Interaction
Role Summary
The Territory sales executives are the front end people who focus more in the secondary market. This role is very critical and important for keeping the secondary market alive. Through the continuous and dedicated market surveys and communication the TSE’s are generating the market demand for the product.
The work scope is not only limited to the secondary order taking it is extended to identify and analyze the potential of the assigned territory and introduce new articles to the retail/sub dealers. And support the team for completing the collection outstanding and understanding the market trends
Job Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities (TDR)
i. Create a good rapport with all the retailers,dealers and distributors through regular market visits and continued communication.
ii. Take the ownership for the new article introduction,order taking, continuous follow up for ensuring collection in the secondary market.
iii. Collect and consolidate primary,secondary orders and share with the dealers / Sales coordinators
iv. Understand the market and take necessary step to new dealer appointment / expansions if needed
v. Understand the priority of the company and work on focused articles.
vi. Provide insights to HO for design and sales forecasting trough the best and qualitative Initiatives

Job Specification – (Candidate Success Profile)
- Essential Factors * (Knowledge & Experience)*
Education: Any graduation from an institution of repute. Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in channel sales and secondary sales preferably in FMCG and FMCD sector.

v. Analytical skills
vi. Microsoft Office and other DTP tools.

Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
