1. Financial Assist management in financial decision making by analyzing budgets and providing variance reports, MIS Reports, formats and distribution preferences (FA, Plan v/s Actual, raw material variance, business plan, sales performance) using sophisticated business intelligence tools Report major employee lifecycle events and functions across HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning Development, Employee Surveys Turnover within the region Design, drive and monitor Incentive program followed by Incentives payouts and preparation of incentive calculation sheets for all the unit employees in the region Assist in driving various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the region Conduct cost benefit analysis for all new assignments including new projects feasibility studies Periodical reconciliation between cost accounts and financial accounts Channelizing of the enterprise resources to most optimum, productive and profitable areas Ensure that accurate costing and monitoring is done for all projects within the region Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization 2. Customer Liaise with Regional MIS Heads to ensure effective data capture at the grassroot level in order to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of the key findings to the HR Head Ensure that DCBL is approximately represented in front of any government/regulatory bodies or external institution requiring company s representation Resolving queries of Internal and External auditors by proper support, documentation, cost accounting, Budgeting and MIS 3. Operations Keep abreast of HR laws and changes as they relate to the company; Identify risk areas and draw correlation between financial impacts and strategic implications and recommend corrective actions Ensure initiatives to automate the MIS Reporting and budgeting process using modern techniques like AI, Machine Learning, etc. Collect, extract and analyze workforce data uploaded in HR4U system in order to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could affect the results of research. Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables etc. Create, maintain and update the dossier on corporate HR guidelines on MIS Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports made by various department heads Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 4. Self/ Team Development Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Recommend training as required for team s development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
