Role: State BTL Marketing Lead for Bihar

Location: Muzaffarpur (Bihar)
Key Objective : The purpose of this role is to implement various marketing activities in the State of Bihar in line with the States Business objectives and Brand priorities as planned in the month and quarter. The role of the talent is to effectively distribute the BTL Budgets received between various line items of shop and mass visibility and allocate the same effectively across markets and units.
Other Prerequisites: Should be strong flavor for Creative thinking, Analytical Skills, Good command on number crunching & Presentation skill, Should be open for new challenges and multi-tasking role
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Responsible for evaluating visibility potential of allotted markets, districts, state and identifying applicable media which could be used to convert the potential to feasibility.
2. Finalization of quality vendors for conducting BTL marketing activities in the process of continuous improvement to create brand awareness & brand pull.
3. Responsible for BTL vendor management for implementation- Evaluating BTL vendor performance through Vendor appraisals and initiate correctives.
4. Ensure budget calendars are adhered to and implementation is on line to plan. Proper process in terms of recce, vendor brief and SOPs are done to ensure efficient implementation.
5. Ensure that all BTL activities are carried out following strict adherence to BTL SOPs and norms and processes. Ensure timely submission of bills and payments made to vendors.
6. Constantly upgrade skill and expertise so as to move to the next level- Design and determine self development plan on newer advertising media & avenues, better analytical tools so as to extract a better value of money of ad spends.
