JOB DESCRIPTION OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR SALES TRAINEE EXECUTIVE. 

 

 

 Position Summary:  

The Cyno Skill Development Program aims to develop the skill and provide Job / Placement Opportunity through the organization’s accelerated SKI-DEV Program. 

 

 Brief: 

 

 As a Sales Trainee executive, you will go through 3 months free accelerated SKIDEV placement program. (WORTH ₹50,000) 

• All candidates will be provided equal and fair opportunity to have a job with cyno pharmaceutical, after skill development programme based on the criteria. 

• All Trainee executives will be a part of ‘three months’ Program (which can be extended for 3 more months or can be converted into placement according to your performance). The program will offer valuable industry and functional insight. 

• You will have the opportunity to have a mentor and learn from senior executives at the company.  

• To complete the transformation from trainee executive to an executive with the job, you should be willing to learn, develop your sales skill and business acumen with validation. 

You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.  

Ultimately, we will ensure that you are:

1. Fully skilled and trained to perform at a high-level business development.

2. Enough skilled to be place with Cyno or other companies. 

3. A professional with enhanced interpersonal and communication skill. 

4. A person with improved business acumen. 

5. Professionally groomed. 

Responsibilities: 

• Business and Marketing development. 

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers 

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 

• Coordinate sales effort with team members. 

• Analyses the territory /market’s potential, track sales and status reports. 

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 

• Provide support to learners during training sessions and respond to their queries or concerns promptly.

• Adaptable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.

 Requirements and skills: 

 

• A final-year student / Recent graduate / Postgraduate 

• Eager to learn and work. 

• Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure. 

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. 

• Must have done graduation from BA, B pharm, B.sc, BBA or Masters.
