JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.

• Act as a liaison between the company and developed channel partners.

• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

• Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams

Experience 

·    0-1 years in Sales (Preferred)

·    Competency in English 

·    Ability to negotiate and understand of Sales skills

·    Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

·    Ability to create and deliver presentations

·    Fast learner and quick thinker

·    Passionate about sales

·    Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Salary

For the First 3 months, you will be working as a “Sales Executive” (During provisional period)  

Your salary (condition based) will be provided “15K” with the target of “1.5 lakh” or as per your respective target achievements.  

After completing all the ‘KPI’ you’re promoted as “Area Sales Executive” and after that salary may be revised Up to 3LPA with strict adherence to KPI.
