Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collect feedback from interviews and use it to refine candidate selection.
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, strengths, and weaknesses to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Continuously improve and adapt recruitment strategies to attract top talent and stay competitive in the job market.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and sourcing methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
