Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi for a Human Resources Trainee. The Human Resources Trainee will assist the HR team with the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes but is not limited to, managing personnel records, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies
• Experience with employee benefits management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• An understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations is a plus

Having experience in HR Management would also be beneficial.
