Locations: Delhi, Patna and Bihar & Jharkhand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with landlords to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the landlord needs and requirements
• Serve as the link of communication between landlord and internal teams
• Resolve queries of Internal teams under purview of the landlord in Operational stores
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of New store (COCO/FOCO) openings
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
• Supporting New initiatives which would need Landlords intervention at the store
• Timely closure of queries/ issues raised by the central IRL team

Completing the documentation for on-boarding & running the franchise business.

Qualification, Experience & Skills required:

• Graduate in Business Management with relevant work experience.
• Very Fluent in spoken English
• Negotiation, understanding of legal documents & project management.
