Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior IoT Engineer role located in Ranchi. The Senior IoT Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing IoT solutions, software development, programming, and using tools such as Inductive Output Tube (IOT) and Raspberry Pi. The Senior IoT Engineer will also be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Design and Development:
• Develop embedded systems for lot applications, including hardware and software components. Design and implement firmware for lot devices, ensuring efficient resource utilization and low power consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Hardware Integration:
• Select and Integrate sensors, microcontrollers, and communication modules into lot devices Design and layout PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for foT hardware, considering factors like size, power, and environmental conditions.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide solutions.
• Firmware Development:
• Write and optimize embedded software for lot devices, focusing on real-time data processing and communication protocols. Implement security measures to protect loT devices from potential threats.
• Develop device drivers, protocols, and communication interfaces.
• Wireless Connectivity:
• Configure and manage wireless communication protocols, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, or cellular networks.
• Ensure reliable data transmission and reception for lot devices.
• Address wireless network-related challenges like interference and range limitations.
• Data Management:
• Collect, process, and store data from lot sensors and devices.
• Develop data management solutions, including data analytics
• , data storage, and cloud Integration. Implement data encryption and authentication mechanisms for data security.
• Power Management:
• Optimize power consumption for loT devices to extend battery life or reduce energy costs.
• Implement sleep and wake modes to conserve power when devices are idle.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Use debugging tools and software to analyze system behavior and performance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in digital marketing or working with marketing teams is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms and Big Data is a plus
