JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation – Subject Matter Expert / Academic Content Writer

 Experience- 0-1 years

 Location-: Dhanbad

 Type-: WFO only

 Expert Required for Subject – Math, Physics, Bio, Chemistry, Accounts, Finance, Economics, Business,Arts,law, Geography, History 

Salary – 3.6LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Create engaging, quality and original content in the preferred streams.

 Develop good quality Q&A pairs based on the topic and ensure they are grammatically correct.

 Providing the solutions to the query which will occur on the portal.

 Update website content as needed.

 Maintaining and updating the daily tracker.

 Support the client queries on a real-time basis.

 Must work well in a team/collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Preferably have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in their respected subject of expertise.

 Good knowledge of MS Office/Suites.

 Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

 Must be reliable and able to meet all deliverable deadlines.

 Ability to identify & solve problems.
