Role and Key Responsibilities:

.SecurityManpower management – day to dayphysicalsecurityoperations aligned with a global standard, policies, and procedures.

.Asset protection – recommend and suggest different protection strategies to harden all assets deployed onsite and for work at home (WAH) employees.

. Investigations – expertin conductinginvestigations using different techniques and usage ofSecuritytechnology.

.SecurityAudits Controls and Compliance (client requirement and/orindustry standards) – deep knowledge of creating proactive activities that will address different requirements (corporate, regulatory, client andindustry standard.

.SecurityFinancials – responsible forimplementing cost saving measure to help companyin time of need.

.Managesecuritytechnology covering multiple sites ensuring uptime of allsecurityequipment devices through consistent preventive maintenance.

. Develop training materials for end users aligned with standards, policies and procedures and services.

.Conduct onsite and offsitephysicalsecuritysurvey and prepare risk assessment report.

.Conduct AnnualSecuritySelf Audits,Inspection of premises.

.Assist businessin raising exceptions as required conduct assessments to ensure risks associated with the exceptions have been addressed adequately.

.Ensure appropriate and timely entry ofincidents and reportsinto Perspective.

.Support Project Management forPhysicalSecurityproject planning and execution.

.Liasoning with Law enforcement Authorities.

.Vendor and Contract Management – MonitorSecuritypersonnel

.Ensure guards are adequately trained and meet quality specifiedin theSecurityPolicy, SOP, and contract document.

.EnsureSecurityrelated vendors / service providers comply tosecurityoperating procedures or policies.

.Support theSecuritymanagerin sourcing for cost effectivesecuritysystems and services solutions to reducesecurityexpenses.

.Provideinputs onsecurityvendor performance for the purpose of vendor selection and contract.

.Ensure training and connects forSecuritystaff, Floor Wardens,SecurityPersonnel & New Joiners.

.Emergency Planning & Crisis Management: Respond toIncidents, Emergencies and Alarms and Manage theSecurityand Safety Responses

.Participatein the planning, exercise, or execution of Emergency plan as necessary.

. Coordination andimplementation of Half yearly Fire evacuation drills for the sites

.Act as Compliance Officer to ensure compliance of the location / BU / Business to Concentrix / clientSecurityrequirements / Policies.

.Physicalsecuritybudgetary control for the span

Key skills & knowledge:

.Associate degreein related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

.Candidates from Army/Navy/Airforce with PSP, CPP certification- preferred

Education – Graduation
