Roles And Responsibilities Franchisee Manager will be responsible for Franchisee Acquisition and development across assigned region and also ensuring and improving the performance productivity efficiency and profitability of franchisees through the provision and implementation of effective methods and strategies Revenue generation enrollments revenue network expansion new franchisee appointment as well as managing the existing ones team management Ensure contractual compliance of all franchised units in the assigned region and work to ensure the profitability and revenue maximization of each franchise Develop and coordinate regional marketing programs as required by either the Franchisor or regional Franchisees Act as a business consultant to the Franchisees developing annual business and marketing plans and working with the Franchisees to track success and failure Collect and analyze financial data from the franchise units and provide feedback to both the Franchisee and the Head Office Assist in recruitment process for new Franchisees Teach train and mentor Franchisees and their staff in good business practices Manage and improve the effectiveness as well as efficiency of the Support Services Deploy effectively the grievance handling mechanisms Find new Clients Open new pharmacy storeIdentify new retail partnerBusiness ExpansionFollow up with clientsBrand AwarenessIncrease sales and sales activityGenerate revenue Desired Candidate Profile Must have Experience in Franchisee Development in Retail Education or any similar Industry Local Language is must Job Type Full-time Salary xe2 x82 xb915 000 00 – xe2 x82 xb925 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Speak with the employer 91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline 17 01 2023Expected Start Date 16 01 2023
