Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Patna, allowing some flexibility for remote work. 2COMS Consulting is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for various roles. The ideal candidate should be able to build a talent pipeline for current and future job openings, and should be familiar with using various recruitment techniques and tools to source candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate HR department
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in using various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Experience using tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets to track and manage recruitment data.
