Position – HR IR & Admin
Role
- Statutory Compliance for Factory rules for Principal employer and contractors
- Labor handling [Issue related like Attendance, wages, Medical, ESI , PF etc.]
- Handling of Factory Inspector
- Workshop administration & maintenance support to Works Manager
- Other AMCs inside factory for different machines , tools tackles , lifting items etc.
- Maintenance of workshop statutory certificates like Factory License, principal employer license, Pollution Control Board, Fire license etc.
EXP: 8-10 Years is preferable & local candidate will be a better choice
