JOB DESCRIPTION – CCTV / SECURITY ENGINEER

As a member of the security installation team, you will be responsible for undertaking various pre planned and reactive maintenance tasks and new installation works encompassing either, CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems equipment. You must demonstrate a knowledge of Security System British/EN Standard and knowledge of NSI Standards. You will be required to participate in the company’s on call ro

You will take responsibility for all assigned projects from commencement to completion. You will complete these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company policies and procedure. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems – IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practic

 Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing of Disabled Refuge, Public Address, Call System & Induction Loops in accordance with relevant British Standard and other relevant Codes of Pract

 Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and wo

king dawings.

 Liaising with ARC (Alarm r

 Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation a

 Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe wo
