Sales Team manager in Factory outlet will be responsible for being able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to support customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

  • Responsible for driving Sales, developing Business relationships, establishing, and maintaining both sales and business development strategies to meet sales targets and implement the marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for Opening, Closing, Renewal of stores in line with Sales growth/Target for the sustainable and efficient growth of the channel
  • Set up clear and motivating goals for the individual sales representatives in Factory outlet
  • Proactively monitor and accurately report sales forecast and new sales forecast
  • Manage and develop the sales team by mentoring and coaching less experienced sales rep.
