Job description

1. Responsible for project management and site execution related to MEP (HVAC,
Electrical & Plumbing) installation, testing and commissioning activities.

2. Manages and coordinates all on-site construction activities for compliance with the Site schedule and monitoring execution work and making sure it meets the schedule of the project.

Identify problems related to execution, planning, manage and delivering multiple projects, material requirement etc on site level and reporting the same and providing solutions.

Prepare plans, details, and cost estimate of plumbing, & Electrical works and manage the day-to-day work related to MEP.

5. Coordinating for Material, handling Sub contractors, Vendors at site level.

6. Should be able to read MEP drawings and provide feedback and comments after review with team and vendors.

7. Scheduling of design reviews & approvals at all gateways and control points with Clients, designers, Solution Partners.

Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project manager & design team.

9. Installation, Testing & commissioning and final handover of all projects.

10. Should have knowledge & experience related to AutoCAD, Revit, MSP, DPR, BOQ preparation, Cost Control, Site Coordination etc.

CTC: Upto 8 LPA

Qualification: B.E Electrical

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹800,000.00 per year
