Be able to perform a strategic plan in the development of new businessEnsure that sales targets are achieved, including any strategic company focus categoriesBuild effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools (become their trusted advisor)To report on a monthly/quarterly basis to the team on the development of market, by highlighting strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threatsBe able to be proactive in daily call outs activitiesIncrease sales volume from key accounts as allocated but also increase the breadth of trading baseBe able to capitalize on any sales opportunities and be aware of any weaknesses in the sales process with key accountsSkills and Experience:1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, whether it be through another distributor, vendor, or resellerHave completed BBA/MBA from recognized college.A current driver’s license and own vehicle is essentialProven track record in achieving sales results and meeting KPIsAbility to build new and effective business relationships and maintain, develop, and set revenue budgets & targetsAbility to understand customer needs and requirements and the ability understand the market requirements and needsUnderstanding of current product knowledge and have the willingness to improve upon itFlexible and proactive approach to business
