Client of MPal People Management is a leading Cycle Manufacturing Industry and required a Plant Head for renowned bicycle manufacturing company in Patna.

Salary Budget: Rs 80000 – Rs 90000 per month (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Accountable to site management and production line.
• Developing and implementing innovative startegies to streamline factory operations,
• Ensure quality control processes.
• Establish sub-departments/positions within the department to better manage demand and create efficiencies/opportunities within the department
• Ensure all Health and Safety protocols are established and met
• Determine staffing levels and conduct all hiring / development of warehouse personnel
• Procure and maintain all supplies and equipment
• Liaise with other department managers to implement company objectives

Qualifications

Graduate Engineers with minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of the Cycle Industry in a reputed Brand, Possess knowledge of key design aspects of battery components and systems. This is Senior Position and candidate must be able to lead the Production Function with minimum supervision.

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
