Utility EngineerCarrying out Preventive maintenance periodically as per schedule mentioned in SAPOperations & Maintenance of Utilities.Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritizationUtility Operations & Maintenance budget preparation, monitoring & control, expense record & downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.Safety & Statutory compliance with Manufacturing ExcellenceCarrying out Walk-Through Inspection on regular basis for utility equipment’sCarrying out Condition-based Maintenance techniques (Vibration reading, Gearbox oil level condition check, static equipment’s thickness check) periodically for utility equipments
