 We are Looking for 2018-2023 candidates in BFSI sectorQualification: -Graduates/ BSc & Specialization, B.Com, Bachelor Degree in Business or Management SystemAge Limit: – 22 to 27 yrsRole And Responsibilities:-Building relationship with the existing clients and leads for business generationMeeting Sales targets in term of inflow, Cross Sell, Up sell and reference generationInitiate and Maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meetingContacting and meeting minimum number of leads/clients per day/week/monthExhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutionsPassing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basisAcquire Key TASC customers of the market in collaboration with the Cluster/Circle Head TASC and the Branch Head of the respective Branch.Develop and nurture trust relationships with a portfolio of major clientsIdentifying and communicating customer needs.Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clientsExcellent communication and listening skills.Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, the bank becomes the choice for their Investment and banking.An interest in financial products and markets.Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needsEstablish quality profit-earning customer relationships within the target marketEnsure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.Maintain a high level of quality and consistency while proposing various facilities for the customerPrimarily deals with retail customers and offers them banking and financial advisory.

Apart from this, a relationship manager may also be required to supervise bank employees communicating with their clients. Sound financial knowledge is a must for this roleAcquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the companyMentoring junior members of the team.Responsible for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the BankManaging relationships with customers.A relationship Manager is a professional who aids in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients.
