Job Description
Designation: Hardware EngineerQualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field, such as computer and information technology.Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PMFull-Time JobExperience: FreshersResponsibilities:-Board-level mixed signal circuit Design, Component selection (BOM development)Should have designed Processor based boards is added plusDesigning and building hardware.Recommending new hardware designs.Should have worked in digital designWorking with vendors and hardware suppliers to implement new designs.Supporting the hardware engineering teamShould have worked with MicrocontrollersKnowledge of analog / embedded Circuit Design & programming with wireless and wired communication peripherals (Like Bluetooth, WIFI, I2C, SPI).Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.Knowledge of Desktop, Server & Storage HardwareBasic knowledge of Signal IntegrityPerforming tests of new hardware and software.Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues.Interfaces – Power supply, Serial (SPI, I2C etc.)Strong electrical/electronic basics (Good in fundamentals like transistors, and op-amps)Tools used – Schematic entry (Orcad), PCB Design (Allegro), Gerber viewersShould have done Testing and validation of designed boardsSkills:-Analytical skillsAnalyze complex equipment to determine the best way to improve itHardware skills can be as simple as knowing how to turn devices on and off.
