 Printer & Scanner Installation and Configuration on Client SideExcellent technical and supervisory skills involving Installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingHand Work on scheduled audits (User access permissions, Inventory management, review security groups, Anti-Virus).Installation of Windows XP, 7, 10 OS.Knowledge of virtualization like Hyper-V, VMware, etc.Maintaining and Troubleshooting clients’ Workstations, Desktop and Printer, and Related Quires.Managed to install and configure Operating System & IE Patch Updates.Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain security and compliance.Provide application support on, Windows Diagnose problems and provide quick solutions in a limited time.Provide Remote Support over VNC Client, , M-Teams, Team viewer, any desk, and windows Utilities.Excellent in drafting Troubleshooting and day-to-day procedures
