Manage ClearDekho.com Optical Retail Store as per the store operating guidelines

-Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming in store

-Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement

-Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell

-Responsible for the overall look n feel up the store.

-Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expenses management

-troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.

-Achieve all sales targets as given by management

– Increase revenue and sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
