Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cluster Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing loss prevention strategies across multiple locations, ensuring the safety and security of assets, and reducing loss through various preventive measures.
Requirements
- Prevention Plan:
- Develop, implement, and monitor loss prevention plans to minimize loss and ensure the safety and security of the company’s assets.
- Collaborate with management to create strategies
- Loss and Prevention Audit Checklist:
- Conduct regular audits using established checklists to identify potential loss risks.
- Document findings and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Frequent Traveler:
- Travel frequently to various locations within the assigned cluster to conduct audits, investigations, and training sessions.
- Ensure consistent application of loss prevention policies and procedures across all locations.
- Investigation and Analysis:
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other losses, and analyze trends to identify patterns and areas of concern.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable recommendations to prevent future incidents.
- Daily Maintenance Report:
- Compile and submit daily maintenance reports detailing activities, findings, and progress on ongoing loss prevention initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Process Adherence:
- Monitor and enforce adherence to loss prevention processes and protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand and comply with loss prevention measures.
- Tracking and Follow-Up of Assigned Tasks:
- Track and follow up on all tasks assigned to the loss prevention team to ensure timely and effective completion.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of assigned tasks and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements
