Job Role and Responsibility
â— To ensure the tickets assigned are completed on time.
â— Able to manage stakeholders Outsourcing agencies and Vendor managers and
coordinate for issue closure and getting work done.
â— Responsible to check the pending tickets and assignment of tickets
â— To handle escalations and coordinate with agencies to understand the issue at
hand and resolve them in a timely manner
â— Responsible for Turn Around Time of the tickets
â— Prepare basic reports on excel and google sheets and updating data on daily
basis
â— Basic knowledge on Excel and its formulas, Windows
â— To handle requests and complaints coming from sales managers/SAM/KAM of
their restaurants.
â— To be able work on rotational Weekly offs and rotational shifts
