Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Barauni. The Sales Manager will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales staff, and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and monitor market trends to ensure growth in revenue.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of successful GI(Agency Motor) experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience leading and managing a agency team, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
