We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Regional Sales Manager & Area Sales Manager-Vehicle Finance (02 & 03-Wheeler, PV & CV Segment)

Job Location: Patna, Gaya, Sasaram (Bihar)

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing will be preferred

CTC Range: INR 06 -12 LPA (Negotiable)

Need Skills:

• Leading a team of at least 30-50 people including ASM, BSM & Sales Executive
• Proven work experience as a Regional/Area Sales in 02 & 03-Wheeler, PV, and CV segment or in the vehicle finance industry
• Excellent sales and Negotiation skills as well as good risk analysis skills
• Taking ownership and a flexible approach with a Team member
• Excellent sales & analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g., in Excel)
• Collaborative work style to engage with peers, colleagues & sales team across the company
• Solid understanding of lending procedures
• Command of technology, being analytical and data-driven
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent Leadership and motivation skills
• Must have knowledge of the areas economy with a focus on the area & regional market, marketing infrastructure, and government regulations in the 02 & 03-Wheeler, PV, and CV segment or in the vehicle finance industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Improve distribution in the area or region by careful study and need gap identification
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for all areas in support of business objectives
• Maintains and expands customer/ distributor base by counseling ASMs, and BSMs; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new business opportunities
• Monitor payments in region, area & branch level
• Prepare and Implement Strategy for network development, Coverage, and increase market share
• Responsible for corporate & retail 02 & 03-Wheeler, PV, and CV segment or in vehicle finance in a smooth way for effective execution
• Responsible for budgeting & develop brand promotion campaigns
• Responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting teams of specific regions and getting results as per the plan
• Increase the business opportunities through various routes in their area & region
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to achieve targets on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
• Coordination with various HO / Cross-functional departments & providing feedback
