Qualification

Master in Social Science (PGDRD, RM, MSW, PG in Social Science viz. Sociology, environment safety etc.) & equivalent.

Expected travel

Candidate is expected to travel to the intervention project districts or as per requirement

Competencies

i. Experience of managing multi-district program interventions

ii. Understanding of state health determinant with respect to the intervention

iii. Liasioning with Government officials and donor agencies

iv. Experience of working with the community

v. Understanding of the local dialect, customs and practices.

vi. Able to report / document on-going activities.

vii. Ability to work independently and have good interpersonal skills.

Experience

a. Minimum five or more years experience of working in rural setup in district & state level.

b. Must have experience of handling multiple projects from State level

c. Past experience of working with CINI, will be an added advantage

d. Should demonstrated team management and coordination with donors in past experiences

e. Must competent of managing digital reporting system, specially with Open Data Kit platforms.

Job Description

• Undertake liaison & ensure timely implementation of project activities at all levels.
• Anchor the project, prepare reports, coordinate on day-to-day basis.
• Supervise the work and provide hand holding support to all cluster coordinators.
• Data & MIS management.
• Monitoring the proper growth, ensure & supervise the activities of cluster coordinator for ensuring the delivery of nutrition basket on day-to-day basis.
• Coordination with state technical support team, CINI Head office team and CCL team, on day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring for create the IDs in Kobocollect of verified patients and Information on government schemes and services will also be provided through compendium of schemes developed by CINI.

Cost to Organization

INR 35,000/- per month with deduction of necessary taxes.
