Position: Store Manager

Location: Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned, application from anywhere in the country are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations independently.
• Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.
• Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.
• Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement.
• Employee Management and Leadership:
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.
• Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.
• Generate and analyze sales reports for management review.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail pharmacy management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
