Job Description Area operational manager
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations within a specific geographic area or region.
- Team Management: Manage and lead a team of operations staff, including supervisors and frontline employees.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum three years of experience in operations management or a related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Decision-Making Ability: Sound decision-making ability with the capacity to make tough decisions under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using excel and data understanding.
