This position if for managing sales and distribution in a region for a consumer products brand.
Roles and Responsibilities Manage one of the 4 regions (North, South, East or West) with complete ownership for sales performance in the region. Manage team of Branch Managers who will be responsible for appointing managing distributors, primary sales targets etc. Through Branch Managers, manage team of Sales Executives who will be responsible for secondary sales, retailer stock, brand visibility and consumer promotion.
