We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior business development manager (BDM) at Chanakya IAS Academy For Dhanbad Location. The prime responsibility will be for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Individual as well as Team Contribution and co-operation
•Maximizing the output for lead generation for Dhanbad branch
• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
Location: Dhanbad ,Jharkhand, India, Full-Time – On-Site
Pay Range:
[35- 40k INR per mo. + Incentives]
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Min. one year of experience in sales or b2c sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a good academic background is mandatory .
