CGBUG STUDIO is a 3D work based company providing services such as AR/VR 3D Asset with PBR Texture, 3D Post Scan Cleanup and Texturing, 3D Modelling (Human, Animal, Furniture, Objects- Shoes, Specs, etc.). is now looking for a passionate individual to join our team as HR Executive. The candidate should be an intern or minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in HR functions which include payroll, leave and attendance management, hiring and other HR operations. Should be willing to work in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, as per the requirement of the respective departments.
• Design compensation and benefit package.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Manage attendance and payroll.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Manage employees’ grievances

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

• 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.

• Ability to work in a critical environment.

• Exceptional active listening skills.

• Strong work ethics.

• Ability to manage time efficiently.

• Ability to work as a part of a team.

• Good conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Ramgarh, Ramgarh – 829122, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
