Role Description

This is a full-time Business Finance Executive role located on-site in Ranchi. As a Business Finance Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and creating reports that depict accurate and timely insights into the company’s financial health. You will also support business planning and budgeting activities, as well as make recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability, through developing and implementing financial models and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in consumer goods industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tally/Busy, and/or Business Intelligence (BI) software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate financial findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to develop financial models and projections for business planning and forecasting purposes is a plus
