Key Responsibilities:
Ideal candidate should have the below experience & skill set: –
1. Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale network sales and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.
2. Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same.
3. Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.
4. 4+ year of experience
5. FMCG and/or Distribution experience Mandatory (Minimum 2 Years).
6. Good Communication & Relationship Building Skills.
7. Strong Hold on regional language, English and Hindi Communication.
8. Should Have bike and driving license.
9. Currently working in Coimbatore.
10. Ready to travel outskirts of City and Surrounding Villages for business generation.
11. Go Getter Attitude towards assigned task.
12. Able to manage Multiple counters in terms of Order Count/ Value Building / Revenue generation.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Network Sales Executive. The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong selling abilities to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial set-up in an ever growing E-commerce field. This role will suit an ambitious, hardworking and highly driven individual who has a proven track record of working within a role of this nature.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rollout of CASHKARO Stores.
Identification of the prospective CASHKARO store.
Categorizing the store as Hot, Warm, Cold lead.
Rolling out the CASHKARO Store.
Follow up with the prospective leads.
Maintain quality rollouts.
2. Manage relationship with Partners.
Support and manage sales activities of CASHKARO Stores.
Training to the CASHKARO stores on all the products and Services.
Develop plans to increase the brand awareness in the field through various activities with CASHKARO Stores.
Ensure that the CASHKARO Store adheres to all the company policies.
3. Responsible for the revenue targets and generate revenue through the CASHKARO Stores.
Ensure gross revenue.
Ensure product and service mix and maintain the right balance.
Maintain desired gross margins.
Ensure activation of the desired CASHKARO stores as per the targets.
Evaluate the performances of CASHKARO stores and push them towards higher revenue.
Work on average Revenue/Store model defined as per KPIs.
