Responsibilities

• Creating and scheduling social media content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conducting research on social media trends and competitors.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
• Creating social media reports to track engagement and performance metrics.
• Identifying and engaging with influencers or brand advocates on social media.
• Assisting with the development of social media guidelines and policies.
• Designing graphics, images, videos, and other visual content for social media channels.
• Creating interactive content such as quizzes, polls, and contests to engage with followers.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as product development or customer service, to create social media content that aligns with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to write engaging copy for social media posts
• Experience with content creation, such as graphic design or video editing
• Understanding of social media analytics and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate with a team
• Interest in the startup industry and willingness to learn about the company’s product or service
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
