Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at CarWale located in Muzaffarpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
