We’re seeking an exceptional Recruiting Leader to spearhead our new Mining, Metals, Minerals, Energy & Manufacturing vertical. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a high-performance team from the ground up in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep domain expertise in the mining, metals, minerals, energy, or manufacturing sectors, coupled with a proven track record in talent acquisition and sales. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving rapid growth and establishing our organization as the go-to talent partner in these industries.

You will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the vertical
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players and decision-makers
• Personally source and close high-impact, senior-level placements
• Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base
• Implement innovative recruiting methodologies and leverage cutting-edge technologies
• Continuously analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to clients

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years focused on the mining, metals, minerals, energy, or manufacturing sectors
• Proven track record of building and leading successful recruiting teams
• Exceptional sales acumen with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and talent needs
• Strong network of industry contacts and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
