Key Skills: MS SQL Server, Triggers, Stored Procedures
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advanced expertise in T-SQL (Transact-SQL) with the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and other database objects.
- Proficiency in Data Manipulation Language (DML) and Data Definition Language (DDL) statements for database management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL aggregate functions and their application.
- Ability to independently work on the development of database components, including triggers, stored procedures, and other database objects.
- Experience in the development and support of web applications and services.
- Support application development teams and business users by debugging issues and generating scheduled reports.
- While not mandatory, it is beneficial to have hands-on expertise in database administration and performance tuning.
- Experience in implementing backup and restoration strategies for databases is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Utilize at least 5 years of experience in SQL Server RDBMS to design, implement, and maintain databases.
- Develop advanced database solutions using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, DML, and DDL statements.
- Demonstrate expertise in T-SQL, SQL programming, and the use of aggregate functions.
- Independently create and manage triggers, stored procedures, and other database components.
- Participate in the development and support of web applications and services.
- Collaborate with application development teams and business users to identify and resolve issues, as well as generate scheduled reports.
- (Good to have) Possess hands-on experience in database administration and performance tuning.
- (Good to have) Implement backup and restoration strategies for databases.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
