Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager at Care Health Insurance. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches within a designated region, ensuring efficient customer service, and achieving business targets. performance monitoring, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth in the assigned cluster.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically health insurance
• Experience in sales and business development
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience as a Cluster Manager or similar role is preferred
