Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Agency Manager at Care Insurance. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training new agents, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications in insurance or sales management are a plus
