Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant at CaratLane – A Tanishq Partnership. The Jewelry Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in choosing the perfect jewelry pieces, and helping with jewelry customization. The consultant will also handle inventory management, maintain the store’s visual appeal, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry and gemstones
• Ability to assist customers in selecting jewelry and provide styling advice
• Basic knowledge of jewelry customization and repair
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Passion for jewelry and fashion
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
