– Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction thus improving the NPS
– Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met as per the process and compliance
Job Requirements:
MBA/Graduate
Excellent Interpersonal skills – Written and oral.
Good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management.
