Position Overview:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Business Development will be a key member of our Real Estate team, responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development within the Real Estate sector in Ranchi.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ranchi Real Estate market.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Forge and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.

Analyze data to identify potential areas for business expansion and growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives.

Collaborate effectively with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to achieve common business objectives.

Negotiation and Deal Closing:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.

Ensure timely closure of sales transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

Compliance and Ethics

Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Uphold the company’s values and code of conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Business Development within the Real Estate sector in Ranchi.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
