Job Description:

Administrative Support: providing the organization and its various departments with efficient and effective administrative support. This entails controlling office supplies, dealing with correspondence, keeping track of documents and files, and working with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Meeting and Event Coordination: Arranging and planning meetings, appointments, and activities. This entails scheduling events, reserving locations, setting up equipment and resources as needed, and making sure all logistical plans are in place.

Document Processing and Management: preparing and processing a variety of business documents, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork. This includes making sure that information is accurate, that policies are followed, and that documents are processed promptly.

Travel and Accommodation Management: Handling and managing all aspects of an employee’s travel arrangements, including making reservations for lodging, travel, and other related expenses. This also entails organizing local transportation, running the guest house’s amenities, and booking hotels and travel for the delegates.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Managing interactions with suppliers and vendors, including finding and buying office supplies, negotiating deals, and keeping lines of communication open and working well together to ensure prompt delivery of goods and services.

Staff Support and Grievance Management: Providing support to staff members across branches, addressing their concerns, managing access cards and ID cards, and handling employee-related activities such as joining kits and corporate gifts. Additionally, addressing staff grievances and ensuring proper resolution and follow-up.

Event Management: Planning and organizing company events and activities, such as corporate meetings, conferences, employee engagement programs, and other special events. This includes coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of the events.

Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and electric gadgets. This involves conducting regular checks, arranging repairs or replacements, and ensuring the availability of functional equipment for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
