Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday off)
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and identify potential clients.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and addressing their needs.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, providing information, and addressing inquiries.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the inside sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Acumen: Prior experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
Goal-oriented: Ability to set and achieve targets within specified deadlines.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and client requirements.
