• Conduct Sales / Service Follow Up (Telephone / E-mail / Letter) & Report to the Management
• Customer feedback Analysis & Generation of Reports
• Conduction of CSI & SSI and reporting the score to distributor and Dealer management
• Actively promote the sales & customer service salient features to the customers
• Help in Customer Database Updation
