**Job Title:** Sales Associate – B2B and Channel Sales

**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and drive our B2B and channel sales efforts across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target B2B clients and channel partners.
– Identify and establish relationships with potential customers and partners within the assigned region.
– Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
– Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and channel partners.
– Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
– Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients and partners.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
– Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or a related role.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Willingness to travel as needed.
