Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive Intern to join our team and assist in overseeing the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a commerce graduate with knowledge of Tally and a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in financial management, bookkeeping, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

– Assist in overseeing the financial operations of multiple companies.

– Support in managing company ledgers and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.

2. Invoicing and Bookkeeping:

– Aid in generating accurate invoices for all transactions.

– Assist in maintaining comprehensive financial records.

3. Tax Compliance and Reporting:

– Support in ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, including GST, corporate tax, and payroll taxes.

– Assist in the preparation and filing of timely tax returns.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

– Assist in developing and managing annual budgets for each company.

– Support in forecasting revenue and expenditure trends.

– Provide input for strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

5. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

– Assist in preparing detailed monthly financial reports and analyses.

– Contribute to highlighting trends, opportunities, and financial risks to senior management.

Additional Requirement:

– Proficiency in Tally software.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.

– Strong analytical and numerical skills.

– Excellent attention to detail.

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

– Ability to work well in a team environment.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Experience in finance field is a plus point.
